A birth doula offers emotional, physical, and energetic support before, during, and after pregnancy and childbirth. I am here to hold loving, grounded space for you as you journey from maiden to mother; a sacred transition where body, spirit, and life itself unite in creation. Through the integration of Bowen therapy, Reiki, aromatherapy, and acupressure, I help bring more ease, balance, and magic into this transformative experience.

My role is to support both you and your partner in creating a peaceful, empowering, and heart-centered birth experience. I deeply honor the sacred light that awakens as a woman moves through the portals of pregnancy and birth — a journey of profound wisdom and divine strength.

Your body and your baby are the guides. I am here as an intuitive support to help you trust the rhythm of your own natural process and embrace each wave with presence and grace.

Pregnancy is one of the most sacred transformations a woman’s body can experience — a time of constant change, expansion, and creation. As your body adjusts to support new life, it’s common to experience physical discomfort, emotional fluctuations, and energetic shifts. Bowen therapy and energy healing create space for harmony within these transitions, supporting both your body and your baby with gentleness and ease.

Bowen Therapy uses light, rolling movements over muscles and fascia to activate your body’s natural healing response. It helps regulate the nervous system, improve circulation, balance hormones, and release tension in the back, hips, pelvis, and legs — all of which are commonly affected during pregnancy. Bowen also promotes deep relaxation, encouraging your body to stay in its “rest and repair” state, which is essential for both mama and baby’s wellbeing.

Energy Healing such as Reiki and intuitive touch supports the emotional and spiritual aspects of pregnancy. These gentle sessions help clear energetic blockages, reduce anxiety, and strengthen your connection with your baby. By restoring balance within the body’s energy field, energy healing nurtures calmness, trust, and alignment — helping you move through each stage of pregnancy feeling more grounded, connected, and supported.

    As your doula, I’m here to remind you of your strength, your intuition, and the innate wisdom of your body. My intention is to help you and your partner feel safe, supported, and deeply connected throughout your birthing experience — however and wherever you choose to bring your baby earthside.

    Your Labor Doula Experience Includes:

    • Virtual Interview (Free of Charge) – A chance for us to connect, ask questions, and see if this partnership feels aligned.

    • Text & Phone Support – Continuous emotional and informational support throughout pregnancy as you prepare for birth.

    • Virtual or In-Person Birth Plan Session – We’ll discuss your preferences, comfort techniques, and create a sacred vision for your birth.

    • In-Person Labor Support – Continuous presence and guidance during labor, offering comfort techniques, breath support, and encouragement.

    • Immediate Postpartum Care – Up to 2 hours of support following delivery to ensure a smooth transition for you, your baby, and your partner.

    • Virtual Follow-Up Support – Continued check-ins and the option to add postpartum healing sessions to assist in your physical and energetic recovery.

    As your doula, I’m here to walk beside you through the full journey — offering grounding presence, nurturing wisdom, and energetic alignment as you transition from maiden to mother.

    Your Pregnancy & Labor Experience Includes:

    • Virtual Interview (Free of Charge) – A heart-to-heart connection call to see if this journey feels aligned.

    • Two Virtual or In-Person Prenatal Meetings – We’ll discuss your birth plan, explore comfort techniques, and include Bowen and Reiki pregnancy healing sessions to support your body and energy field. (Additional healing sessions may be added if desired.)

    • Text & Phone Support – Continuous communication and guidance as you move through your pregnancy and prepare for birth.

    • In-Person Labor Support – Gentle, grounded presence throughout your labor to help you feel safe, supported, and in rhythm with your body’s natural flow.

    • Immediate Postpartum Care – Up to 2 hours of nurturing support following birth for you, your baby, and your partner.

    • One Postpartum Bowen/Reiki Healing Session – Within the first two weeks after delivery, either virtually or in-person, to support recovery, hormone balance, and emotional regulation. (Additional sessions available.)

Virtual Interview (free of charge)

  • 2 virtual/ in-person prenatal meetings to discuss birth plan & receive bowen & reiki pregnancy healing sessions (option to add more healing session)

  • Text and phone support 

  • In-person labor support, and up to 2 hours immediate postpartum support following delivery 

  • 1 virtual/in-person postpartum bowen/reiki healing session visit within the first 2 weeks of delivery (option to add additional postpartum healing support)

Postpartum Healing

This package is for new mothers who are in their postpartum healing journey. This will consist of 3 - 6 weekly or biweekly Bowen & Reiki sessions for the mom & baby, with the option for me to come right to your home so you can receive healing in your sacred space. I also have offices in Natick or Burlington if you would rather come to me. And if you are not local, there is also an option for virtual healing so everyone can receive the healing love. 

Bowen & Reiki for postpartum is a gentle non-invasive healing modality to help bring your body, mind and spirit back to balance after labour or caesarean birth, while bringing more easeful loving energy as you shift from maiden to mother. Bowen is also a powerful healing tool for the baby as they transition from the womb onto earth. Birth is a very intense process for the baby, so integrating healing as soon as possible to help regulate their bodies can be very important when it comes to the postpartum experience for the mom and baby. 

Mom: 

  • balancing hormones, womb healing physically/ energetically, perineal healing, pelvic floor pain/ dysfunction, breastfeeding problems, decrease pain & inflammation in the body, calm the mind & decrease anxiety/depression, swelling from water retention, sciatica, headaches, digestion problems, fatigue, etc. 

Baby: 

  • colic, constipation, spinal misalignment from labour, hiccups, asthma, reflux, restlessness, sleeping problems, premature babies, regulating appetite, etc.

This is for clients who are interested in just having doula support during labor.

Pregnancy Healing Package

Bowen during pregnancy can help decrease symptoms like nausea, fatigue, morning sickness, back/hip pain, digestion problems, anxiety, inflammation, joint stiffness, hemrroides, balance emotions, prepare pelvis for birth & so much more to help you have a more easeful journey. This healing is also helping grow a deeper connection with your body and your baby in the womb, helping you feel more in your power for birth.  

Bowen can also help prepare the baby by sending signals to activate the babies natural healing system which will help the baby move into the correct position for labor

You will also receive tips & tricks for each month of your pregnancy (foods, teas, movement, journaling, selfcare, etc) that can help you bring more love & intention into your journey

6-9 sessions Energetic Exchange $600-900

receive a 20% discount if paid in full or pay $123 per session 

once a month to keep your body aligned as your baby grows & activate your natural healing system for a safe & healthy pregnancy and labor  (option to add sessions or move them around)

Additional Service:

Baby Blessing Ceremony for the woman who would like to celebrate their baby in ceremony with their loved ones. The mama will host the location but I will set up and run the ceremony space. If you are interested in this offering, please connect with me for more info.
