• Text & Phone Support – Continuous emotional and informational support throughout pregnancy as you prepare for birth.

• Virtual or In-Person Birth Plan Session – We’ll discuss your preferences, comfort techniques, and create a sacred vision for your birth.

• In-Person Labor Support – Continuous presence and guidance during labor, offering comfort techniques, breath support, and encouragement.

• Immediate Postpartum Care – Up to 2 hours of support following delivery to ensure a smooth transition for you, your baby, and your partner.

• Virtual Follow-Up Support – Continued check-ins and the option to add postpartum healing sessions to assist in your physical and energetic recovery.

• 3 Virtual or In-Person Prenatal Meetings – We’ll discuss your birth plan, explore comfort techniques, and include Bowen and Reiki pregnancy healing sessions to support your body and energy field. (Additional healing sessions may be added if desired.)

• Text & Phone Support – Continuous communication and guidance as you move through your pregnancy and prepare for birth.

• In-Person Labor Support – Gentle, grounded presence throughout your labor to help you feel safe, supported, and in rhythm with your body’s natural flow.

• Immediate Postpartum Care – Up to 2 hours of nurturing support following birth for you, your baby, and your partner.

• 2 Postpartum Bowen/Reiki Healing Session – Within the first two weeks after delivery, either virtually or in-person, to support recovery, hormone balance, and emotional regulation. (Additional sessions available.)

Additional Prenatal & Postpartum Healing Sessions: $130 each or offered in discounted packages

This package is for new mothers who are in their postpartum healing journey. This will consist of 3 - 6 weekly or biweekly Bowen & Reiki sessions for the mom & baby, with the option for me to come right to your home so you can receive healing in your sacred space. I also have offices in Natick or Burlington if you would rather come to me. And if you are not local, there is also an option for virtual healing so everyone can receive the healing love. 

Bowen & Reiki for postpartum is a gentle non-invasive healing modality to help bring your body, mind and spirit back to balance after labour or caesarean birth, while bringing more easeful loving energy as you shift from maiden to mother. Bowen is also a powerful healing tool for the baby as they transition from the womb onto earth. Birth is a very intense process for the baby, so integrating healing as soon as possible to help regulate their bodies can be very important when it comes to the postpartum experience for the mom and baby. 

Mom: 

• balancing hormones, womb healing physically/ energetically, perineal healing, pelvic floor pain/ dysfunction, breastfeeding problems, decrease pain & inflammation in the body, calm the mind & decrease anxiety/depression, swelling from water retention, sciatica, headaches, digestion problems, fatigue, etc. 

Baby: 

• colic, constipation, spinal misalignment from labour, hiccups, asthma, reflux, restlessness, sleeping problems, premature babies, regulating appetite, etc.

Bowen during pregnancy can help decrease symptoms like nausea, fatigue, morning sickness, back/hip pain, digestion problems, anxiety, inflammation, joint stiffness, hemrroides, balance emotions, prepare pelvis for birth & so much more to help you have a more easeful journey. This healing is also helping grow a deeper connection with your body and your baby in the womb, helping you feel more in your power for birth.  

Bowen can also help prepare the baby by sending signals to activate the babies natural healing system which will help the baby move into the correct position for labor

You will also receive tips & tricks for each month of your pregnancy (foods, teas, movement, journaling, selfcare, etc) that can help you bring more love & intention into your journey
