Reiki Realm was born from my own journey of remembering.

For the past six years, I've been devoted to the path of energy healing, weaving together Usui Reiki and Bowen Therapy to support people in releasing stored pain, emotional wounds, energetic blockages, and the patterns that keep them disconnected from their truest selves. Again and again, I've witnessed the body remember its innate ability to heal as people reconnect with their authentic light and awaken the healer that has always lived within them.

As my own journey unfolded, I realized my purpose extended beyond facilitating healing sessions. I was meant to teach others how to reconnect with their own intuition and healing abilities. So i deepened my work and became a Reiki teacher.

For the past three years, I've had the honor of attuning others to the Reiki healing frequencies, guiding them as they deepen their intuition, trust their inner wisdom, and remember the healer within.

Let me share a little bit of how I got here.

It began with a little girl who felt everything.

I grew up as an incredibly sensitive child, absorbing the emotions and energy of the world around me. While I now recognize that sensitivity is one of my greatest gifts, growing up it felt overwhelming. I disconnected from my intuition, living in constant fight or flight, suffering from chronic illness, stuck in people pleasing, anxiety and depression, and lost touch with the magic that had always been inside me.

Before stepping into holistic healing, I worked in the traditional medical world as a Certified Athletic Trainer at high schools and physical therapy offices. I loved helping people heal, but I knew my purpose reached beyond treating physical injuries, and also waiting for injury to happen. I felt deeply called to support the emotional, energetic, and spiritual layers of healing that I knew were just as important.

So I took the leap.

I left the traditional path to build a life rooted in holistic healing. Every step has been an invitation to unravel old conditioning, reconnect with my intuition, understand my bodies unique love language and remember more of who I truly am.

I began with my journey with Bowen Therapy, introducing me to the intate healing power within the body. I was experiencing my own healing while going through the practitioner training witnessing how powerful energy work is. All while building my own business sharing the healing with my community.

Then Reiki found me and amplified everything.

It wasn't just a healing modality… it became a way of living. Reiki didn't give me my gifts; it helped me remember them. It taught me even deeper that healing isn't about fixing ourselves, but gently peeling back the layers until our authentic essence can shine.
