TI’m Kaitlyn Powers, the founder of The Powers of Healing — a soul-aligned business devoted to helping people unravel pain, conditioning, and old programming through energy healing so they can come home to the loving frequency within their bodies.My work bridges body and spirit, blending Bowen Therapy, Reiki, somatic healing, and intuitive energy work to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deep energetic remembrance. I’m a Bowen Practitioner, Reiki Teacher, Certified Birth Doula, Certified Athletic Trainer, and artist who believes the body already knows how to heal when it feels safe enough to soften.
For the past four years, I’ve been hosting women’s retreats and healing gatherings, creating spaces where women can come together to heal, awaken, express themselves, and play in the magic of this human experience.
A huge piece of my own healing journey has been discovering the medicine of sisterhood. Being in spaces with other women has given me mirrors to remember deeper parts of myself I didn’t even know were there. For so many of us, this kind of heart-led connection has been the missing piece.
Part of my purpose on this earth is to share this soft, squishy, wildly powerful love between women — creating spaces where we can heal, celebrate, cry, laugh, dance, and remember who we truly are together.
